To help ensure that we can welcome you as scheduled and respect the time of both our guests and therapists, credit card registration is required at the time of booking.
Please note:
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking.
The registered card is only used to secure the appointment and for our cancellation policy.
Payment for your treatment will be made after your session at the clinic, and you may pay with cash or a different card if you prefer.
Cancellations or changes made on the day of the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the treatment fee to the registered card.
Some international credit or debit cards may not work with the online booking system due to overseas online transaction restrictions set by the card issuer or bank.
If you experience any errors while registering your card, please do not worry and kindly contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. We will be happy to assist you with your reservation manually.
Please note that our online booking system accepts appointments for one person at a time.
